Dave has worked in the charity and voluntary sector for over 30 years. Currently, he's the Minister and Team Leader of One Church Brighton, a broad and inclusive church community and a collection of values driven projects, serving marginalised people across Brighton & Hove. Dave has broad experience of leading teams and helping people to make connections with each other and work in collaborative and innovative ways. Before moving to Brighton in 2009, he served on the executive leadership of a large, national charity in London and has been involved with several, grass-roots level, social justice projects and initiatives.
