Gretta has worked extensively in project management, most recently working on major regeneration and construction projects across the North West and in Northern Ireland. When she first moved to Manchester, she initially worked in the third sector for a community organisation in East Manchester where Justlife Manchester is now based. Gretta was one of the founding directors of Justlife. She volunteers with charities and local organisations in a number of roles, including having served as a governor at two primary schools in East Manchester.
