Q&R Coaching partners with Justlife through a “Pay It Forward” model that turns professional coaching into wider social impact. For every paid coaching engagement, Q&R helps fund pro bono coaching support for people who have experienced homelessness and are rebuilding confidence, direction and opportunity in their lives.

Q&R provides Justlife clients with structured coaching focused on confidence, career clarity, employability skills and navigating workplace culture, helping people move forward with greater stability and self-belief.

What began through a chance meeting at a Brighton Chamber event has grown into a meaningful partnership rooted in the belief that personal development support should not be out of reach for people facing disadvantage.

This partnership reflects a shared commitment to dignity, opportunity and creating lasting change through practical support and human connection.
