Tom moves projects

Having spent the past year as part of the Pathway Plus hospital discharge team, project worker Tom Jayston has moved across to the Creative Change project, funded by the Big Lottery Fund. Tom will be using his skills and experience to help provide support to homeless adults housed in emergency accommodation. "I am so excited about this chance to engage vulnerable adults in experiences and opportunities that may help them move forward in a positive direction"
