The Homelessness & Rough Sleeping Network (HRSN) is open to all Voluntary, Community & Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations in Brighton & Hove working with people who are experiencing homelessness. It is made up of leaders from within the VCSE sector who are committed to working towards ending and preventing homelessness in Brighton & Hove through collaboration, within the sector, and with statutory partners and wider stakeholders.
