This month we have three exciting events coming up that showcase and celebrate the work we are doing at Justlife.Ceilidh Fundraiser, 16 November....For those in Brighton who enjoy a dance the Brighton Ceilidh Collective are kindly hosting an evening of ceilidh dancing with a fantastic band and caller. No experience necessary so grab your friends and come along for an evening of fun and dancing.Venue: One Church, Gloucester Place, Brighton Date: Friday 16 November, Doors 7.30pm, Starts 8pm Advance Tickets £5 (+booking fee) via Eventbrite, on door £1010 Year Celebration and Book Launch, 17 November...For those in Manchester, we are hosting a celebration of our work of the last 10 years and launching the incredible new book 'Not Home', by the author Sarah Butler. Sarah has conducted detailed research within our services in order to write this moving story.We are looking forward to welcoming past and present staff, trustees, supporters, volunteers and beneficiaries and we really hope you will come and make it a really special afternoon for everyone. We will be showcasing the work of our artists and will be selling some fabulous Christmas decorations created with Sew2Speak as well as Christmas cards, the MyBrighton & Hove Calendar (featuring photography from Justlife artists), photography prints and ‘Not Home’ a book written about people living in temporary accommodation based on lived experiences in Manchester.Venue: Justlife Creative Studio, The Open Market, Brighton Date: 17-18 November, 10am-4pm FREE ENTRY
