Cool Runnings

Today in Manchester we launched "Cool Runnings", the Justlife running club.The idea and name for the group has come from the service users, who are keen to get running and get fit. We were delighted that 4 people came to the first Cool Runnings session today to run alongside Alex and Christa from the staff team.The first challenge for the group is to train for the Manchester Colour 5k run at the start of July. This will be great fun and an excellent opportunity for our service users to raise money and have a good time.Coll Runnings meets at the Justlife Centre every Friday at 2pm. Come and join us!
