2014 is here.It was brilliant to arrive back at work in the new year and have 2 letters from trust funds containing donations towards projects at Justlife. Over the past few months we have put many hours into writing funding applications enabling us to sustain and grow the work at Justlife in Manchester and Brighton… and those efforts are paying off! But the hard work is not over and we are continuing to apply for funding to meet shortfalls in several important projects. In the next month we will be starting the second three year Big Lottery Funded Reaching Communities project in Manchester, which continues the vital work at the Justlife centre. Other projects including Justlife at Home, the Brighton drop in and PathwayPlus Brighton all continue to be busy. The Just Thinking project has just finished it's first three months and we are already learning really interesting stuff about the impact of temporary accommodation on health and wellbeing, as well as the national picture.
