This week marks the start of a new project for Justlife helping vulnerable adults secure and maintain tenancies in the private rented housing sector (PRS). Nigel Fyles has taken on the role or PRS Scheme Manager, liaising with landlords, working with people to prepare them for tenancies and managing the project as a whole.It has been a busy first few days for Nigel, with current Justlife clients seeking his support and advice on day one and two. A strong background in both housing, substance misuse and social work, as well as previous experience of working in the area, has helped with being thrown in at the deep end.We were delighted to see former volunteers Legs and Dawn at the centre yesterday, and back today too. We are continuing to work with them to help them make steps towards a brighter future.(Pic: Nigel and Legs)
