8 staff members and volunteers at Justlife completed the Food Hygiene course and have been awarded Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering.The course focused on how to store, prepare, cook and serve food safely so we can ensure that all who join us for drop-in lunches can enjoy the food and stay well!Everyone who took part in the course passed, including: Sue Ryland, Derek Nicholl, Matt Lloyd, Dawn Stevens, Andrew Sydenham, Alex Rose, Harriet Wintle and Mike Schofield.This award not only benefits Justlife, but is a great qualification to have for wider employment… especially for our volunteers looking for work.Congratulations everyone!
