Justlife welcomes Iesha to the staff team
We are delighted to welcome a new face to the Justlife staff team.
Iesha is employed as housing project assistant for Justlife at Home, Manchester. Working alongside Nigel Fyles (Project Manager), Iesha’s role involves project administration. Liaising with landlords and assisting with tenant work.
Although Iesha is new to the staff team, she is not a new face at Justlife. She first came to Justlife on a community placement whilst studying for a BSc (Hons) in Social Policy at the University of Salford. After completing this in March 2014 she decided to stay on as a volunteer at the Manchester centre. Her experience, passion and skills led to her securing a job with us. This is Iesha’s first job in the homelessness sector.
Iesha said: “I have always had an interest in working with vulnerable adults especially relating to homelessness. It was this interest teamed with the good relationships the staff and service users share and passion of the staff at justlife which led to apply for this role. I am excited about the journey ahead.”
