Brighton’s summer activities

This week sees the launch of Justlife Brighton’s summer activities for those in temporary accommodation. As well as continuing with the regular Tuesday lunch sessions there are art classes, games sessions and a weekly opportunity to volunteer at a local market garden, run by the charity Roots to Growth. Following the recent Big Lottery funding the Brighton team are aiming to engage and support more people as they find them selves homeless and placed in temporary accommodation. Project worker Lucy Trott said “We are excited to be able to offer a wider range of activities for our current service users and engage with as many people as we can”
