Health Engagement Work

Following on from the successful Pathway Plus project, the health engagement work is a unique and highly responsive support service to homeless individuals in Brighton & Hove.

Working closely with our partner’s, specialist homeless GP service Arch Healthcare, and other organisations in the city, the team provide support to clients with the aim of improving access to primary care, helping improve and maintain their health and increase their chances of moving away from homelessness.

Activities Programme & Support

The Activities Programme and Support team help people who are housed in unsupported temporary accommodation in the city.

They work holistically alongside other agencies, connecting clients with appropriate support services, supporting them to access and maintain accommodation, relevant benefits and engagement with the wider community. The weekly programme provides positive activities to build confidence and social networks, as well as improving skills and work opportunities. Find out our latest activities timetable here
